Let's recall that endos spores are formed by bacteria to help them survive harsh environmental conditions. It allows them to remain dormant for a really long time where it can survive because it barely metabolizes, it can survive without water, without nutrients can survive physical damage, can survive radiation can survive desiccation. So to, you know, when these conditions are coming upon the cell, how does it or where does it form the endo form? And the answer is choice B in the cytoplasm in this process of sporulation, which is what it's caused called um the bacterial cell duplicates its DNA and a copy of this DNA with a little bit of the cytoplasm is enclosed in two membranes, then a thick Pepsid glycine layer and then a four coat. Then some special molecules are included in there to help the the four survive, particularly to survive DNA damage. And there you go, you have this endos four form completely within your bacterial cell. In addition, most of the water will be removed for H2O removed. Then when conditions become harsh and the cell needs to turn to the sport to survive. It is released. The bacterial cell that was within is laced and it is released. So our other answer choices outside the bacterial cell in the shrouding environment are incorrect since it forms within the cell itself. And the choice c inside the nucleus is incorrect. It um encloses a copy of the bacterial cell DNA, but it's just within the cytoplasm, not inside the nucleus. So once again, endospore are typical form choice B in the cytoplasm.
