In this problem, we're asked to find the sine, cosine, and tangent of the angle using the unit circle, and the angle that we're given here is 225 degrees, and of course we're given our x and y coordinates for that point on our unit circle. So let's go ahead and jump right in. Now when looking at this angle 225 degrees, I remember that my x and y coordinates represent my cosine and my sine. Remember x, y, c, s. So I can go ahead and fill those cosine and sine values in and they just so happen to be the same. They are both negative root 2 over 2. Negative root 2 over 2. So what's left for me to find here is the tangent of this 225 degrees. So remember the tangent is the sine divided by the cosine or y over x when considering our coordinate. Now here looking at this, since I know that these values are the exact same, I can kind of skip skip a step here because I know that y over x will end up just being 1 because those are the exact same value.
