One and two genes which does cause a predisposition towards early onset breast cancer as well as early onset ovarian cancer. Choice B is retinoblastoma, and retinoblastoma is caused by a genetic mutation that causes an increased risk of eye cancer at a young age along with several other forms of cancer.
