Hey everyone here we are asked to perform the following matrix operation A plus B. Now to solve this problem here the first step is to simply substitute in the matrices corresponding to each variable. So for Matrix A we are given the one by three Matrix with the values +56 and negative seven. And then we take plus B which is also a one by three matrix with. Now the values of eight negative nine and 10. So here all we have to do is add each value that corresponds to the value in the second matrix. So what I mean is first we take the first value from A. Which is five and then we add it to the first value in B, which is eight. So we have five plus eight. And then next we move on to the second value from A. Which is six plus the second value of B which is negative nine. And finally we take the third value of A which is negative seven plus the third value of B which is 10. Now all we have to do is simplify and we find that A plus B is also a one by three matrix with the values five plus eight which is 13. And then we have six plus negative nine which is negative three and finally negative seven plus 10 which is positive three.
