Now, in order to solve this problem, we need to understand the effect that natural selection is going to have on the aly frequencies in a population. But now let's go over each of our answer choices beginning by answer choice A and B. And the reason why we're looking at a lilic frequency changes and gene flow together is because they're not really going to be affected by natural selection. Rather certain things such as migrations and mutations. These two aspects are going to be affecting the allele frequencies of the population and the gene flow that we see in them. And because of this, we're going to be eliminating them because natural selection does not really do this. Now let's go over C which is going to be this Hardy Weinberg equilibrium. So this is a state of equilibrium between different alleles in our population. However, this is not going to be the result of natural selection. So we are also going to be canceling this out. Now, then we have D which is balanced polymorphism. So remember that natural selection is going to be favoring certain genotypes over the other or certain all over the other. So in balanced polymorphism, we have natural selection favoring zygotes. So imagine that we have this A O A and A in upper case and a leo A in lower case.
